I did well 2 out of 3 days, which is good for travel. With all the plane flights, motels and eating out sticking to a plan is hard. But I’m home now, and time to get back on track. This morning I did week 4 day 3 of my C25K program, and am back to eggs and bacon for breakfast.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

I started a week before the new year. I did it before, because but now I’m doing it in minimalist shoes.
