ate two meals in restaurants with friends ate leftover salad and beef brisket for dinner, 1 1/2 cup of vegetables and beef each meal, lunch and dinner.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
