So I weighed myself this morning and I know I posted recently that I’ve been doing bad as far as eating but I got back on track. When I stepped on that scale I was shocked, and not in a bad way but not in a good way. I’ve officially lost 43lbs as of this morning. I’m at 162.4 and my goal was 30lbs. I’m starting to realize anything smaller is too small for me (I love my curves) but a problem I am finding is that I don’t want to lose anymore weight but I’m also scared to put anymore on and overall I want to be 170. I know I’m being so stupid about it all.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
