I cheated this past weekend. my inlaws got married, it was great lol I fasted for 24 hours yesterday to kick all the sugar and carbs out of my system and get back on track.
I'm bummed that I haven't lost a lot in all this time, but pleased that I didn't gain! (as far as I'm aware, I haven't weighed. lol)
237.2 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
