I've been running a few times this week but I know it's not enough. Plus I've realized a few times that I'm eating more then I should this week especially in comparison to my husband. Must be winter blues....
Monday is my son's 8th birthday. So, I've made a cake and cupcakes. The cupcakes are for his class.
Also on Monday we start a program at work for weight loss called Naturally Slim. It's being funded by work, and there is a bunch of us in it...why not try? Maybe there are some ideas that will help. Somehow I can't remember what I was doing 5-6 years ago that helped me lose 30 lbs...and now I've gained 20 of it back.
Is it because I've lost my way or is it as you age there is some truth to you body changing and hormones out of wack...thus causing weight gain?
