I continue to progress, slowly but that is okay as this isn't a race. I have been having a lot of pain and soreness in my left shoulder. T think this may be due at least in part to overuse/pulling/pressure from my bike riding. I took a week off from riding and the joint seems more stable. I will probably go back to riding about 3 days a week and run on the other days. I will need to be extra careful about intake since i was burning about 1400 cal per day on my bike.
