Thanks all :-) I did avoid donut Saturday (again...) I had pancakes w pecans and a half banana and measured my syrup. Could have done better there but I worked in the yard again all day so no worries :-) I just have to get into beast mode again and quit playing around. 30 days until vacation. 💥p.s I'm only 2.6 lbs away from my goal weight🤗
