This is a great disappointment but being sick has prevented me from going to the gym. I failed due to sickness but poor eating hasnt helped. I failed this month. I hate being sick but I hate calling it an excuse. I will revert back to January to get back on track.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
