Thank you all - I think the LCHF "honeymoon period" is over but it was good for 7.4 lbs in 4 days. That's one of the things I love about it - the instant gratification of seeing the scale really move. But it's also great to see the digestive issues go away; no bloating, heartburn, gas. Eating this way really agrees with me. Good thing because I will be needing to do it reliably to get the weight off and keep it off.
