Tough 2 days. Been in bed with upset stomach and all that goes with that. Eating yogurt, crackers, bananas.
Heard NPR's On Point today. Interviewed A woman who wrote a book called The Secret Life of Fat. It sounded super interesting so I ordered from Amazon. Hope I am back to normal tomorrow. This is not fun.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
