Just returned from a weeks all inclusive. I've been good considering what I could have eaten and drank. Not hitting the scales yet might scare myself.

I've just completed a hour of aerobics this might not seem like a big thing to most of you but this is the first time in a very long time I've not felt like I'm torturing myself. Maybe.....I'll do it again.
