Partied a bit over the weekend but kept junk to a minimum. Had one sandwich on white bread Sunday that a friend made for me. I haven't had any white bread in months, except the rare hotdog bun at a cookout. I haven't been eating any bread including whole grain in over a week. Doing very good during the week, a bit of indulgence on the weekend but still moving forward.
