OK, I know this extra little gain is still residual from the holiday weekend. However, I really worked out hard at cross-fit last night.

Day One of LCHF TODAY! Had coffee with 1/2 pat of butter, several cups this morning.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
