I haven't been on FS since November, I think, and my weight has been bouncing around between 148-152 during that time. For the most part it's been relatively stable, which is ok, but it's definitely not dropping. I am eating well (although have not been as strict as I ought to be) and am still playing soccer (but just on weekends). This is fine for maintenance, but if I want to lose any more I know I'll need to amp it up some more. I will try to check in here more often, I know that helps me stay accountable. :)
