Scared to jinx myself, but I'm feeling more confident this week. I've gone out to eat a couple of times and still loss weight. Finally got new batteries for my wrist tracker and am trying to hit 10,000 steps daily.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
