Good Wednesday morning, FS peeps. Another hot n sunny July day. Lot on tap this afternoon, so likely be a good day calorie wise. Think I'll designate this day 1 of my low cal days for the week. I'll do the 2nd one Friday. Now I just need to get my protein and fiber up. I'm beginning to wonder just what you have to consume to get adequate fiber in?? Hay perhaps.

Ok. Im half way thru this now cold black coffee. Time to get a move on.

I use Keto Bread. It has minimal nutrition but also minimal carbs and high fiber. Also I am using high protein shakes occasionally. My hubby needs them so I drank one to get him too. Tastes okay. Minimal carbs. High protein. Not my favorite food choices which are seeds, nuts, low glycemic fruits, and low glycemic veggies, lean meat, no lactose, low carb dairy substitutes, but hubby has problems eating a lot of this. I eat my salad greens as much as hubby can tolerate.

I (mostly ) follow a WFPB diet.Lots of beans, lots of greens. Besides the many other benefits I #never# have to concern myself with fiber or protein.

I need to eat more beans too. Aiming for over 80g protein, 25g fiber

Those are my favorites too. One of the big reasons I have yougur tmost mornings is bc I buy the Triple Zero with has 15g pro/serving, and the All-Bran has good amount of fiber in it. I actually think I need to up my calories a little. Hope youve had a good day, Morticia. Hope your hubby has had a good day today. <3<3
