Still bloated from Edema, but is about 1/2 what it was. so figured I would take a look on the scale... not terrible considering I am eating a variety to help my stomach recover, not concerning myself so much with portioning, as much as what the contents are. Still drinking only bottled water as a result, and stomach is pretty darn good now. A while back I noticed no more Ghrelin Gremlins either, so now I only get hungry, when I am hungry, not the constant craving like it was. Conference with Dietician in Dec, so will have a list of questions ready.
264.6 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Morticia... my CRP (inflammation indicator) has gone from 20.5 to just 10, I believe that to be a direct result of my actions. I keep getting stone-walled about cause being the tap-water here... but stopping drinking it has shown a remarkable recovery... no one seems to want to follow up on that part though, because it opens up potential law-suits.
