Up a pound. Sigh!! And I don't think things will get any better as it's my b-day on Monday and the celebrating with family starts today. My DH has made a carrot cake for me. He made it yesterday along with a pan of brownies! Please my parents when to the farmers market yesterday and came home with a box of apple fritters. So baked goods are in my future!!
Well, the sun is shining, so I will make the best of today and get out for a run at lunch time.

Enjoy the time. Maybe when you get the farm, you will burn some of it off. =)

The apple fritters I could avoid, but the carrot cake and brownies, not so much. At least you're still going for your run and not just giving up because of the goodies. I hope you have a good weekend celebrating your birthday!!

Happy Pre-Birthday! Enjoy celebrating yourself and just don't overeat in general. Run a bit harder and for a tad longer to compensate. Keep your food predominately clean and you'll be fine!
