I'm really enjoying this app. I've been doing yoga the last 4 days, and really aware of food eaten. weighing and posting , staying in my calorie range. I just want to feel better physically. the weight has been steady at 192-197 range. 1st goal to move down to the 189s😌
194.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No matter how fast or how much you lose, I think this app helps with staying focused on a healthier lifestyle. You've done a hard part - making that lifestyle choice.
