Well, I doubt my first day on induction was the whole reason for this loss, but I had kind of been stalled for a few days so hopefully it was a combination of the diet I was doing before, and the induction? Even if it is just water weight I really needed to see those numbers go down! I hope this is a sign that the Atkins diet was the right way to go for me.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
