I'm disappointed that I've only lost one pound in six days. I need to exercise more! Diet alone won't do it. I guess I should be happy I didn't gain weight considering I cheated three times in this timeframe: peanut butter, cheesecake, 2 glasses of wine.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
