Bike ride on Wednesday and Soccer last night. I can feel the lack of the sugar cravings after just a day or two away from the "treats" they leave at work.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
