Great routine this morning!
I am feeling the return of my breathing discipline. Oh what a feeling.
I'm still having to do the modified form of the Push-Up (on the knees) for the third day now, but I know this is due to my ongoing recovery from my this past Muscle Monday's chest blast. So it's all good.
