feeling much better after changing the diet. It is sort of sugar busters. I will probably change again and say I am following my own. I have gotten rid of refined sugars. I am eating healthy carbs and more veggies and fruit. I am staying away from white potatoes,bananas,corn and watermelon though. I also am not eating white pasta and anything that is enriched. This has made me cranky and more easy to set off in gettign angry but not as bad as I thought. I got tired of counting calories and yet the scale staying the same for a month. from what I read it is not necessarily the amount of calories but the type I am taking in. so it is better healthwise anyway. The point i I feel good, the scale is going down, and I am not rady to crash mid afternoon or binge to the point of feeling sick.
