Somewhere between the new uppity desk, an emptying house, and the focused effort required to handle the recent shitshow, l am finding a renewed interest in, uh, work! By that I mean WORK WORK. Consuming driven work. Like when you're a kid, unstoppable, on the come up. Real work. Not sayin' I am waking up daily in that mindset as I once did. I am not. But there's been a whiff in the air for the first time in a minute..
