Ate cheese, bread, and probably oatmeal, which is not paleo.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Oatmeal is good for you it looks like your diet is good my weakness is bread am now doing high fiber wraps 50 calories

No, oatmeal isn't Paleo. I read an article from thespruceeats.com and it says it isn't Paleo. I want to gain weight on the Paleo diet. Any advice?

If you aren't gaining weight, maybe you're eating too little for your activity level? If you're looking for paleo oatmeal substitutions, this website seem to have good recipes: https://greatist.com/eat/paleo-oatmeal#1
