The only thing I could remember I definitely ate that was definitely forbidden on the Paleo diet was peanut oil. (wild rice is not technically Paleo, but it does have a better nutritional profile than other types of rice)
142.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
