No change in the weight department but holding my own. Seems I'm maintaining more these days than losing. Patience, it will happen and keep thinking about what I'm eating.

The only thing I can see that might make a difference by looking at your diet calender is too make sure you eating lean meats too and don't overdo carbs in the evening if they are not from vegetables because your body needs time to burn them off for energy. I also make sure my last meal is a few hours before bed so my body has time to digest. I hope this makes sense.

You'll get back into a downward swing before you know it. Maintaining is still progress in my book.

As long as you are not gaining you are making progress. :) Plateaus are a part of weight loss. Continuing being patient and eating right and it will come off soon!

Are you taking measurements? Often times the loss doesn't show on the scales as your building muscle but it will show up on the tape measure as you lean your bod down to that hour glass shape. Don't sweat the small stuff, keep on going.
