But .6 lb is only a tiny bit and you are way down from March, February, and even more from January. You are doing good. Yes, get back on track if you have deviated from your healthy eating. This is a hard time for you. You must be so "up in the air". Life comes at us in that way sometimes, or even many times. Be kind to yourself. I pray you have a trusted friend you can talk to, and also that you can rest your mind and body. There is so much you must want to think about. We are all rooting for you here at FS.
