Getting back to journaling. It has been a busy last couple weeks. Taxes, refinancing our house, have to get a new drivers license (the REAL ID for those in CA) and quarterly reports due. So imagine my surprise when I step on the scale and it shows I am below 220lbs. I haven’t been below that since April 30, 2018. The short term goal is to still be below 220 on April 30. I know weigh fluctuates when you weigh in daily so I am tempering my excitement but still excited!

Still to go: 18.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
