These are a few snack ideas or tips. I’m new to this app so i’m not sure how to post a picture with a long caption. I posted one but the caption was limited. Anyways rice cakes are your best friends :) They may taste simple and bland but they’re much healthier and only 35 calories for one. There are other flavored rice cakes as well. There’s caramel rice cake which is around 50 calories and then there’s chocolate rice cake which is around 100 calories if i recall correctly. You could slap on some peanut butter or cream with cut up fruit on top of it and eat it as a snack. Or put avocado with some vegetables. You could put whatever you desire. As long as they’re healthy toppings. If you want more detailed ideas just google rice cake topping ideas and a lot of images of ideas should pop up. I personally use rice cakes as a healthier alternative to crackers when i eat a tuna salad. I’m most likely to binge or go overboard when i eat crackers so i cut crackers off and replaced it with rice cakes. This is a personal choice btw.
