I'm gonna take today off from my Routine since I have sustained a minor injury from yesterday's. It's my shoulder. A day's recoup will do me fine, since I'm off work today and my job only exacerbated it last night. I had high hopes for taking a jog outside this morning, my first in the several years since my heel injury, but, the rain is too great and cold for that. So today I just CHILL. Peace my FS'ers!
