Even though I've been following the diet reasonably well, I've gained 4 lbs. in the past 8 weeks. I had hit a wall at 189 so decided to change my workout (more free weights & a little less cardio, but overall I've been excercising as much or more than before). So I went in to have my body fat level checked (hadn't checked it since January), and found that most of the weight gain has been muscle and overall my body fat has gone down .3 - .5%
So lesson learned, not all weight gain is bad, but none-the-less, I'll be switching back to more cardio & less free weights in June. (would still like to get to about 185 before my trip to Jamaica in early July).
