It's been almost a year since I used FatSecret. I was going to restart the whole thing without keeping the old weight that I was down to almost 2 years ago. I decided to keep it as a reminder as to what I allowed to happen. I am very upset with myself that I did this. It's time to stop making excuses, and get it done!
