So in a business coaching call yesterday they referred to finding harmony rather than balance. It is not always possible to feel balanced in all aspects of your life but you CAN work to always make the dance of life harmonious. I like that. I am doing better with that harmony these last few days. I am going to reset my goals. I am alo leaning more towards intuitive eating. I still need to keep SB in my head to know what healthy choices ARE and I still enter food in my calendar but not as religiously. I mostly do to make sure I am mostly staying in the general ball park. but if I want something I eat it. If I am full I eat less of it. Those sorts of being good to yourself attitudes that I like so much about the intuitive eaters on this site.
Old Man Scale: He is finally starting to be kind again. My behavior had him REALLY grumpy there for awhile. But now that I am upholding my end of the bargain his sweet disposition is starting to slowly seep through, again. Back in the 230s this morning and that makes me happy!
