you might look in to bone broth: 40-50 calories per 1 cup and 7-9grams of protein and no sugar. Fasting on juices is surprisingly high in sugar so it has never been a good way to go for me but I will do a bone broth fast pretty often and or have a cup of bone broth between meals to curb appetite sooths stomach upset...

You can make your own bone broth with any bones you boil it for a few hours till it has a gelatinous consistency, https://www.bonappetit.com/test-kitchen/common-mistakes/article/common-mistakes-bone-broth

I feel great. Sorry i take so long to respond i am at work. But to be clear i dont fast from calories just solid food. I use my Dynamic Health organic fruit juice concentrates no sugar just the natural sugar of the fruit. I have pictures of the concentrates in my diary if you want to look. I also drink broth with hot sauce ao far today I've had roughly 700 calories in my liquids

I understand that there is alot of sugar in fruit juice concentrates but the ones i use dont affect insulin levels and there is no added sugara just natural sugar. And natural sugar doesnt count towards daily sugar intake

bone broth IS NOT the same as regular broth...much longer cooking process to extract the collagen protein. In a pressure coooker it is cooked for 6 hrs under high pressure. In a regular pot it cooks for like 15 or more hours
