Thanks Gib.Jig. I'm at 76.3 kg or 168.4 lbs this morning. I'm in a free fall and feeling more energetic. Eating the way I like. Plenty of fat, moderate protein and low net carbs. I don't have an exercise routine. I'm physically dis. I explained this in my journal this morning...
