I took a month or so off from everything. gauned 4 lbs but I also gained a new job. Start date the 8th. I have not "worked" in 8 years!! excited, nervous, a little bit stressed, but I'm getting back to logging today =-) bye bye 4 lbs💥👋

Mmmm wish I'd seen that for lunch, i had pot stickers. Lol. I finished the day with a tiny deficit supposedly. Good enough for me. Tomorrow is a new day, more activity and more water and healthier food choices for sure.
