Got to love how low carb works for me! Dropped 6.4 pounds this week and reduced blood pressure that was creeping up. Loss will slow considerably in the upcoming weeks but it is very motivating to make this much progress.

Awesome! I'm right with you on low carb start up! For me also creeping carbs equalled , not only weight gain, but also rising BP. Time to get back on the LCHF wagon for me! Glad to be there with you!
