First day I was eating consciously. I need to replace the croissant for breakfast with protein. I'm thinking 2 hard boiled eggs. I need to buy fruit and veggies, so that I can have healthier snacks. It'll take a little time, but I'll get there.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Goodness, I used to have a croissant for breakfast too! One of the first things I stopped when I started FS! Eggs are great for breakfast...protein keeps you full longer. Cottage cheese or almonds (measured) are also good to switch things up. I also eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with an apple. Great job being conscious! :)
