Up a bit but doing well. I am starting to understand/realize that I am going through one of the hardest parts of my weight loss adventure so far. When I started a year ago I really only had to learn to adhere to some very simple rules: stay away from sugar and starch and keep my total carbs and calories in check. But now there are a lot more shades of grey (e.g. I can have half a sandwich for lunch or some kidney beans in my salad or go to an Indian buffet with my Wife on Saturday). Falling short of my calorie/carb target has consequences (e.g. I used to just lose a bit more weight than I had planned – but now that is actually a big deal as I am already the right weight). Suddenly the problem is not avoiding food – it is getting enough (but not too much). It is a whole new balancing act.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. It's a much harder challenge than to actually lose weight, maintaining it. It takes quite a lot of adjustment. I'm not there just yet, but I am working hard on getting my footing on this. I'm sure you will succeed here too, you have done amazingly well all the way. :) Doesn't it feel nice to have reached goal? 75 kgs is very very nice.
