Soooo nice to be in the 140's! I cant wait to be in the 130's again! Im actually going to the centre today so I hope my weight at home matches their weight since I bought a new digital scale. I also started weighing myself fully clothed so they'll be closer. Anyways I feel great about this weight losss.

I chose not to do the LA lites. Personally I felt it wouldnt help me lose weight and keep it off in the long run. I couldnt live the rest of my life eating LA lites or someother substitue bar so I just didnt do them. Plus the $$$ was outrages! I actually really liked the taste of them though :( Wish I could of just used them sometimes for a snack instead of everyday but they wouldnt go for it :)
