The weight has been really coming off. I'm tracking on my fitness pal and it's been working well. I can't believe how many extra calories i must of been eating since I've been eating close to 1500. Generally I don't feel that hungry and I'm enjoying a lot of healthier foods,
It's tough but worth it! I can't wait to not be "over weight" in 20lbs from now!
