THE JOURNEY CONTINUES...

I can the light at the end of the tunnel as I break through from the 100's Kilograms I have only 400 grams left to lose to get into 99 Kilograms. It is my new song as I do my squats (LOL). I am back on my diet full time no mucking about this time and I am so happy with the results.

I am back to weighing each and every piece of vegetable, fruit or piece fish or chicken before I cook it. I limit my healthy snack intake. I am on a water schedule again. I have a great time cooking again so that I don't get bored eating the same thing. Oh also I carry my own meals everywhere I go.

The working out was the tough bit I must say....Oh and the jumping jacks I felt like a Rhino trying to lift itself off the ground!(LOL) I have to keep at it if I want to see great results. Even if the aches and pains of working out make me want to to reach for my favourite comfort food to feel better. I now eat water melon because a friend on facebook said it make you feel better after working out. It doesn't really, I cry inside with each bite but if it is supposed to work hey..... (I really don't enjoy eating watermelon, so please help me out with another alternative if you know of one.)

So far since I started this weight lost journey last year in February, I have lost 43.4 Kilos....(a whole baby Rhino! LOL!!!) The journey continues

@T8U9, A water Schedule means.....I had to teach myself how to keep to keep to a keep to a water routine with an aid of a water app. You can download one onto your phone and it reminds you when to drink water. I started with small amount 150-200ml every hour. Your cup of tea is counted as well. Soon you find yourself drinking liquids even without being prompted by the app. You just start with small manageable amounts from about 7:30am to about 6pm that way you can do all the 2 litres slowly throughout the day without feeling overwhelmed. If you go over the 2 litres...Yeeeeeeaaaah for you but you will have more trips to the loo!!! (LOL)

Thank you! I usually drinks 3-4L sparkling water, but yesterday noticed I was only drinking coffee. I've been trying to wean myself over to still filtered water. Never thought there's an app for this.

I drink a lot more water than I ever did, and eat a lot more watermelon than I ever did...... Think it works Last week lost 2 lbs. bring on the watermelon..... I'm picking peaches and figs from my yard.......

@T8U9, I only take still water and black tea. I stopped taking coffee some years back. I drink a lot of Rooibos tea. it tastes really nice. You can try and find the one with Vanilla as well. Also I found I had to reduce my intake of water to 2 liters from 3100 litres which is what the app advised but I spent so much time in the loo in the evening I decided to reduce my intake and watch how my body reacts. @Char60, I am so jealous about your peaches and figs! WOW!!! Keep up the weight loss!
