Recording my weight today because I'll be with my grandkids this weekend and probably won't have a chance over the weekend. This past week I spent 3 days at my daughter's house because her car was in the shop. It's good I can work from there but not as good on logging the food. I need to make sure that I bring food with me that I can eat. I was tempted to eat the last few bites of my granddaughers cereal! At least I'm still making progress!
