I didn't make any progress in the last week. I didn't, but I did. My weight hasn't changed much in the last two weeks. I had our dance gala and Mother's day. I will log this weekend and keep to program. I was hoping to be down to 150 by the end of the month and that may not happen now but there's still 12 days left in the month! I will work to get close. I really learned a lot by just those few days of not following my program. It took me the rest of the week to get back to where I was before my "cheat" days. I'm still exercising and trying to do more yard work. I travel next week and sometimes that works well for me!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Because there will always be holidays, and thin people stay thin, you have to eat at those functions as they do. It's part of the whole WOE. Just one bite of dessert, then push the plate away. Spend more time talking and sipping water or coffee/tea. The majority of those thin people never finish their plate, so maybe get in the habit of always leaving behind at least half. When in doubt, emulate the skinnies.

Soon has a point, also I have learned over the last year to set your portion before you start eating. If you are in a restaurant, don't be intimidated by asking for a togo container immediately and packaging up the ridiculous portions that you don't need on your plate while you are having a polite conversation and finishing a meal. Elsewhere, just set it aside. YOU are not the garbage can. 🤷🏻‍♀️I have HUGE problems with not mincing and nibbling if a plate is in front of me with food on it while I'm talking so I get it the Heck out of the way! 🙅🏻No access. No temptation! 🙎🏻
