Today is the first day I work toward my "after" picture. I will no longer settle for being a "before". I have switched on and off so many times I am sick and tired of yo-yo-ing. No more excuses for binging, and telling myself that I can no longer eat this much ever again, so I should enjoy it while I can.
My goal is not to reach a certain weight, but to reach a certain body fat – 20%. Also to drop atleast 2 pant sizes. This is my goal, and I will not be satisfied with anything short of this. I will get up in the mornings around 4:30 to head to the gym, I will eat my scheduled meals that I plan in advanced, and for 90 days, I will not eat out at restaurants or order in.
I know this is going to be one of the hardest things I ever do, but I dont want to look back 6 months from now and hate myself because I kept putting this off. I am doing this for the future me. I've learned my lesson from my past me and it obviously didn't work. I know what I have to do.
