My weight is trending up because of eating out and having desserts. My birthday was last Friday and I had a cupcake for lunch, and then bread and a pear strudel for dessert when we ate out. I have also been forgetting to take my vitamins, so I've felt fatigued lately. I've got a lot of freelance work that's keeping me on my backside right now. Glad to have it, but it's adding to my fatigue.
Today I took an extra long walk up the mountain road, so that's in the plus column. I am still abstaining from coffee. We had our normal healthy breakfast this morning, and I know we'll eat sensibly tonight. I have to reverse this trend. I don't want to go into 2012 weighing in the 160s and wearing a size up. No no no!!!
