Poop. The corned beefs? Maybe the water retention from salt. Not as good at getting water in. Had a few bites of ham too. Ham is not on plan.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you logging all food? I liked being able to look back and seeing what and how much I ate when I lost/gained. Took away alot of the questions and wondering.....

Most ham are high in sodium because they're cured using sodium and some ham contains added sugar, which is also hydrophilic (meaning water retaining).

All good advice. Thank you. With all that I have going on logging food is difficult. So is getting in all the water. I have started making my separate pitcher of water though so I am not relying on counting "x tumbler-fuls."
