I hope I'm not totally off base here but I've been there and you just need to take a moment to love yourself!!! think about food as energy...just make sure it's good food you're eating and you'll be fine! I understand where you're coming from just take a moment to breath and release any negative energy you have inside...take a moment to acknowledge any pent up feelings you may have...a lot of times any anger, hurt, stress or pain can really bleed over into our eating if we don't take a moment to acknowledge and deal with our feelings.
